I've been running over the last week, and have been pleased with the progress made. I'll update a little more on that in a mo. Today was the first bike ride since the ride home.
We're definately doing a London to Paris ride in May, so it's time to get some practise in, even if it was -4 outside and very frosty!
Due to some minor problems this morning with pumps, after a quick detour to buy a new pump, Neal and I hit the road and went for a very respectable, albeit very flat 8 mile ride:
